Delivery Policy
Delivery costs are calculated and applied to your order after you enter your delivery location, and before entry of your payment details. You will see the delivery inclusive amount before completing your purchase. We deliver products in the Western Australia region, however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time and/or charges. If this is the case for your area we will endeavour to notify you of this.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 3-5 working days after dispatch however you should allow between 7- 10 working days for some items or delivery to remote areas. If an item ordered is out of stock you will be notified of the expected additional delay.Our couriers only offer delivery during Business hours and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We strongly recommend you choose a delivery address where a person will be available to take receipt of your order during business hours. In the event that you are not able to accept delivery a card will be left and you will need to make arrangements for collection or re-delivery with the courier company. Additional charges may apply.
